About Me
I'm a product designer and a convinced generalist: seven-plus years of taking digital products from first research to shipped interfaces, mostly in the fast lane of early-stage startups. I treat this work as orchestration, keeping many hands and many tools moving toward one clear goal, which is why fast-moving teams are where I'm most useful and no challenge feels off-limits.
Good design, to me, is a short bridge between a person and their goal: when it works, nobody notices the effort behind it. I plan ahead so surprises stay rare, step back to see the whole picture, and let critical thinking find the compromise that serves both the business and the user. AI turned me from someone assembling by hand into someone orchestrating the tools: the same work, faster, with quality control staying my responsibility. And, as my colleagues say, responsibility is what I never dodge.
Beyond work: besides my home country I've lived in Russia, the UAE, China, Vietnam and Portugal, and I speak four languages, so I've seen first-hand how differently people use the very same products. The rest is sport, films and travel, and what drives me is simple: a problem I've never solved before.

Research and Usability Testing
Interviews, surveys, and moderated usability sessions run before the first screen exists and again once it does. Findings are synthesized into clear, prioritized decisions the whole team can act on, rather than left as raw observations.
AI-Native Design
Expertise in designing with AI as a core part of the process: agent-assisted research synthesis, prompt-driven design system generation, and code-first prototyping, with a clear sense of where AI accelerates the work and where human judgment stays in charge.
Data-Informed Design
Expertise in reading product metrics, funnels, and behavioral analytics as inputs to design decisions. Clear framing of hypotheses before release, measurement after it, and evidence-based prioritization of what to improve next.
Process Management
Expertise in leading the design cycle at the management level: roadmaps aligned with business phases, iteration planning, and clear priorities from discovery to release. Design work scoped and sequenced so it scales with the product.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
